Supreme Court of Texas granted my motion to recuse the Justices of the Second Court of Appeals

Supreme Court of Texas, Seventh Court of Appeals, County Court 3, Mary Cummins, Amanda Lollar, appeal, motion to dismiss, defamation mitigation act, citizens participation act, forgery, fraud, perjury, unclean hands, res judicata, judge mike hrabal, attorney, lawyer, randy turner, randy eugene turner, amanda lorraine lollar, amanda crittenden,
The Supreme Court of Texas granted my motion to recuse the Justices of the Second Court of Appeals of Texas. I'm shocked and thankful. We shall see if this was done merely for appearance sake. I can only pray that the Justices of the Seventh Court of Appeals will be fair and just. I have a feeling that Texas attorney Randy Turner and his wife will try to have ex-parte communications with the Justices and/or their interns like they most likely did with the Second Court of Appeals. There were items in the Second Court of Appeals opinion which were never in any court document. They were false and defamatory items which came from the business website of Randy Turner and his client Amanda Lollar's blogs.

Brief is due September 30, 2016. Link to case and case documents is below.
