Mary Cummins, Amanda Lollar lawsuit 2015-002259-3 Judge Mike Hrabal, County Court 3, Tarrant County, Texas

This blog contains the public legal filings in the lawsuit 2015-002259-3. The case is Amanda Lollar v Mary Cummins filed April 2015 in County Court 2. This case will probably last at least six years with multiple appeals for motions and trials. Based on the level of corruption in the underlying case, I expect the same judicial corruption. I will be documenting the corrupt and unethical behavior by the parties in this case. Everyone can see day by day how extremely corrupt, unethical, unprofessional Randy Turner and quite a few of his judge friends are.

Judge Jennifer Rymell of County Court 2 recused herself voluntarily from this case when she read my Motion to Dismiss. While she's a personal friend of Randy Turner and his wife Patti Gearhart-Turner it appears she was not willing to destroy her reputation by throwing this case for him.

Judge Mike Hrabal has not signed, filed an order on this case. When he does we will know if he was willing to throw the case for Randy Turner. He did do as Randy Turner instructed and stated that audio recordings of hearings are not allowed. That is not true. I also gave notice a few times. Not only that but the court reporter audio records the hearing. I requested her audio recording besides the transcript. The court can also audio record the hearings. As Judge Mike Hrabal said this immediately upon starting the hearing that means he had ex-parte communications with Randy Turner when I was not present. Ex-parte communications are not allowed. Judge Mike Hrabal said "Randy Turner and I both don't give consent to have the hearing recorded." Here Judge Mike Hrabal is speaking for Plaintiff's attorney. Randy Turner should have stated that. He can speak for himself.

Amanda Lollar, Randy Turner filed a copy/paste of the original 352-248169-10 lawsuit the day after the opinion on the appeal was released, court order found unconstitutional and voided. They included ALL of the reversed claims. The purpose was to make the forum Tarrant County, Texas via the fake contract.
