352nd District Court, Tarrant County, Texas
Sitting Judge Bonnie Sudderth. Visiting Judge William Brigham for Temporary Injunction Hearing and Trial.

Here is the court docket from the beginning up to August 2012.
  • 06/19/2010 I arrived at Bat World Sanctuary in Texas to begin an internship
  • 06/28/2010 I left Bat World Sanctuary and returned home to Los Angeles, California
  • 09/15/2010 Amanda Lollar, Randy Turner filed the 352-248169-10 lawsuit against me
  • 11/2010 I was lured 1.5 hours away from home under the ruse that a baby squirrel’s life was in jeopardy. Turns out it was just Amanda Lollar playing a nasty joke with her process server against me. I was served in the parking lot of a boarded up Motel 6.
  • 11/29/2010 My Motion to Dismiss Filed
  • 05/04/2011 Hearing Motion Temporary Injunction. I lost.
  • 06/01/2011 I filed my answer and defenses
  • 06/11/2012 Trial. For some reason the trial doesn’t show up on the docket
